Please read before you start your reservation
Online Booking - quick and easy
At the Hotel Rheinischer Hof, you can make a reservation at any time
of day on our website. Browse through our offers, then choose the one
that's right for you and click on it for further information. You can
also use the "search" field to find offers directly. To return to the
last page that you visited, press "back" on your browser.

Your reservation:
On the room details page you will also find a field to enter the
number of rooms, how many people per room, and how many nights you
would like to stay. After you have filled out these fields, click
"buchen" or "confirm" in order to save your reservation. After that
you may continue to browse around or choose to edit your reservation.

Editing your Reservation: Click on the button that says "Reservierung
Anzeigen" or "show reservation" to view your current reservation.You
will now see an overview of your reservation. If you would like to
edit the number of services on your reservation, fill out the empty
field with the new number of services and click on "refresh". If you
would like to delete a service from your reservation, click on the
eraser symbol next to the reservation. When your reservation is
complete, click on "next" to continue to the next page.

The next page will show you an overview of your reservation, Please
double check to make sure that everything is correct including the
number of people that will be travelling with you and your form of
payment. You can also view our Business Practice Policy (AGB) on this
page because you will need to sign off on it before you confirm your
reservation. Simply check the box that states that you agree with the
policy and then click on "confirm" or "weiter"

Your Personal Data:
After having done all of the above, a window will open up allowing you
to enter all your personal information. This window will be secure as
shown by the symbol of a lock on the bottom of the browser screen.
Please enter your personal information, required fields have been
marked by an asterisk. If you would like to request a personal
consultant for your reservation you can also do that on this page. If
you would like your personal data to be saved for the next time,
activate the function "save data". In order to use this service, you
must have activated the cookies in your browser. If all the data is
correct and completed, confirm your reservation by clicking on OK.
Shortly therafter you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
